Route 66 motels are alive and well in Albuquerque
In Albuquerque, I met up with Megan Kamerick, a producer with New Mexico PBS who also freelances as a radio host on KUNM’s Women’s Focus program. She interviewed me at the studio on the campus of University of New Mexico—what a pleasure as she had actually read and seemed to enjoy my whole book, which she said she found “uplifting.” The show was pre-recorded and will air later…stay tuned!
